Entrepreneurship is not something you can grow it is something inside you that want to fix problems and make thing better. It is not an easy task, I remember in my early stages of adulthood, it was hard to believe that not working for a paycheck was even possible. Everyone around me including my family did not believe this could be done and that I was not capable to do it.

Here are some of the companies that I have created:

ESLBoards.com This is one of the top ESL websites in the world with over 66,000 visitors per day. I started this site 2 days after getting out of ICU with my Gateway Computer that I ordered after seeing it on a TV commercial. 26 years later has now become the top ESL site for Teaching ESL Overseas.

TESOL Training International TESOL Training International was the first of its kind rapid TESOL Certificate program that could be completed within 5 days to include job placement. TTI grew to be one of the largest TESOL Certificate programs in the USA.

INX Academy / INX Study Group In 2016, I founded INX Academy, an English language school in Hillcrest, a vibrant neighborhood just east of downtown San Diego. What began as a single campus has since grown into a multi-location institution, with campuses in both San Diego, California and Salt Lake City, Utah. The San Diego campus has expanded well beyond its original mission, now offering vocational certification programs, a full testing center, foreign language instruction, an on-site café, and university-level pathways. Today, INX Academy stands as the largest for-profit private school serving international students in San Diego County.

Interglobal InternIn 2025, Interglobal Intern received approval from the U.S. State Department as an Intern and Trainee Sponsor. Building on this milestone, the organization will host over 300 intern and trainee candidates throughout 2026.

Manhattan Institute of Management SD / NYC Approved in 2026 as a branch campus, MIM San Diego now offers business programs and internship opportunities through the College and University Student J-1 Visa category, with plans to host over 400 students each year.
